The integrated equipment of ZY-3 solid waste treatment integrated mobile station includes crushing, feeding, screening, conveying and other links, directly reaching the particle size of the finished product. It is not limited by the surrounding environment, and tire walking does not damage the road surface. A complete set of integrated units, a reasonable and compact space layout, to maximize the optimization of the site space.
The hydraulic and mechanical support of the screener can ensure the stability of equipment during operation, hydraulic lifting, and flexible switching work modes.
The electric control cabinet can be integrated in the car body or independently in the control room, and the high-end optional PLC LCD screen console.
The chassis of the frame has a compact design, which effectively shortens the transport length and is designed with a flexible parking function.
It can be directly put into production without an external belt conveyor, and the overload and iron removal protection system can protect the machine.
