Featuring a steel-structured modular design, it is a tailor-made integrated crushing and sand-making line customized to the client's specific requirements. From raw material conveying, primary crushing, secondary and tertiary crushing, and sand making, to screening, washing, and final product dewatering, the entire process is fully interlinked with a closed-loop system. The equipment models are scientifically and rationally matched, ensuring stable production efficiency and rapid commissioning for mass production.

　　The production line is designed to maintain a stable capacity of 200–300 tons per hour, capable of processing river pebble feed material up to 600 mm in size. The crushed output yields high-quality aggregates in multiple specifications: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–15 mm, 15–20 mm, and 20–40 mm. The finished products feature uniform gradation and well-shaped particle geometry, fully meeting the material standards required for various local applications, including infrastructure construction and building material processing.

　　Compared with traditional concrete-based foundation construction, the steel-structured production line adopted in this project offers multiple practical advantages. It significantly reduces the site footprint while also enabling foundation-free installation, effectively saving both the cost of concrete foundation work and the associated construction time—thus substantially lowering the client's pre-production investment. In addition, the high-quality heavy-gauge steel frame structure provides solid support for stable equipment operation, enhancing overall durability and service life, while also making the production line more adaptable and reliable under complex outdoor working conditions.
