In the vast fields of mining and infrastructure construction, the complexity of materials often serves as a "touchstone" for testing equipment performance. Recently, the mobile impact crushing station built by Henan ZGM Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. was put into production. The equipment operated stably throughout the entire process, met production targets, and delivered excellent crushing performance, fully achieving the customer's production expectations and receiving high recognition and positive feedback. With actual production results, ZGM demonstrated the robust capabilities of its mining equipment.

　　In this project, the customer's material was white stone with a relatively high overall moisture content, representing a typical wet-material crushing condition. During processing, such materials are prone to adhesion, equipment clogging, and uneven discharge, imposing high demands on the crusher's adaptability, anti-clogging performance, and processing technology. Ordinary crushing equipment often struggles to maintain continuous and stable operation under these conditions.

　　To address the industry pain points of wet-material crushing, ZGM optimized the equipment structure with upgrades, incorporating dedicated arc-shaped hammers and heavy-duty rotors. Leveraging the impact crushing principle, the equipment can thoroughly crush and refine wet materials without the need for complex pre-treatment such as drying or screening, significantly simplifying the production process and improving overall operational efficiency, while saving substantial labor and time costs for the customer.

　　The tire-mounted crushing station features an integrated design that combines feeding, crushing, screening, conveying, and other functions, eliminating the need for cumbersome infrastructure installation. It can be quickly put into operation upon arrival at the site. The equipment is flexible and well-suited for outdoor, open-pit mining sites with complex conditions, and can be relocated as operations progress. Its high mobility and practicality make it highly compatible with the flexible production models of small and medium-sized overseas mines.
