Production status：The customer signed with ZGM Industrial cooperation is a large state-owned mining company in Tibet, processing materials are mainly iron ore, requiring the output of 0-10mm, 10-50mm gravel, the capacity is 80-120T/H. The customer has a number of mining areas in many places near Tibet, in order to achieve a set of equipment to meet the production needs of a number of different mining areas, ZGM Industry customized modular vibrating screening integration solution - ZY-3 four combination mobile crushing station for the customer.
The ZY-3 E57C75 mobile crushing station selected by the customer has a complete process flow and flexible. The basic working principle is: the raw material is sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing by the vibrating feeder, the finished product after coarse crushing is screened by the vibrating screen, and the finished material that does not meet the specifications of the finished product is transported to the cone crusher for secondary crushing, and the final product is transferred and output by the vehicle belt machine.
The hydraulic and mechanical support of the screening equipment can ensure the stability of the equipment during operation, and the hydraulic lifting can flexibly change the working and transportation mode
The electric control cabinet can be integrated in the car body or independently in the control room, and the high-end optional PLC LCD console
The ship type steel frame structure is adopted, the chassis part of the frame is compact, effectively shorten the transportation length, and the design has a flexible parking function, which saves time for the quick entry into the site
The conveyor can be put directly into production without an external belt, and the overload and iron removal protection system can protect the machine from damage
