Production situation: This grinding production line was designed and manufactured by ZGM Industry. ZGM Industry's YGMQ series European type strength grinding mill was selected by fully understanding the production needs and site construction requirements of customers. The entire production line is scientifically and reasonably designed, compactly laid out, simple in process, ,intelligent and environmentally friendly, enables customers to directly experience the economic benefits brought by new equipment and technologies that are highly efficient and energy-saving. The project is located in Henan, processing materials are super-hard special refractory materials. The finished product fineness is 200 mesh, and the processing capacity is 2 to 3 tons per hour.
First, the raw materials of special refractory materials are evenly and quantitatively sent to the YGMQ European type strength grinding mill for grinding through a belt conveyor. The materials after grinding are sent to the powder classifier by the airflow of the air blower for classification. Under the action of the classifier, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and the qualified materials enter the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection. After collection,iron is removed by a dry iron remover ,then to produce finished powder.
With the heavy grinding device, the hanger device is upgraded to the cone structure, the durability is greatly enhanced, the wind resistance is reduced, and the service life is more than 3 times higher than that of the traditional structure
The use of enhanced blower, arc air duct without resistance, so that the flow of materials smooth, roller assembly with floating seal and multi-combination seal structure, effectively avoid dust entry
It provides three kinds of classifier installation structure, namely, coarse powder device, blade type and cage type ultra-fine type, which can meet the different needs of users for fineness of finished products and achieve a better connection between fineness and output
According to the actual needs of users, open circuit system can be used to make the grinding machine system under full negative pressure to ensure long-term continuous operation of the equipment at constant temperature, safe, reliable, high efficiency and energy saving
