At the beginning of the project, our engineers made preliminary plan according to the customer's material and finished product requirements, and selected more suitable module type crushing station of 69 jaw crusher and 1214 impact crusher for the customer based on the geographical environment of the customer's production site, combined with the needs of tight installation time and convenient later maintenance. The output range of this crushing production line is regulated between 100 and 150 tons per hour, which can not only help customers meet the needs of expansion, but also achieve rapid production.

When the bulk material enters the silo, it is evenly fed into the module type jaw crusher through the feeder for coarse crushing, and then fed into the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The discharged material is screened by the vibrating screen, and the large material returns to the impact crusher for further crushing. The aggregate that meets the particle size requirements is transported to the finished product pile.

Rapid production: simple on-site infrastructure, only a simple steel structure foundation is needed. Convenient maintenance in the later stage: simple and efficient layout, reliable wearing parts are used to reduce the system failure rate and equipment maintenance rate. Excellent sand and gravel particle shape: high-quality crushing products ensure the particle shape and grading of aggregates, and the finished product is cubic, without tension and cracks. Low investment cost: short organization and installation time, convenient transportation, and cost saving.
